01General
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country, to purchase an evaluation. Traders from all countries are accepted except those on OFAC sanction lists, subject to legal and compliance requirements.
Accounts
You trade on a FundedCore-provided account. Our risk management and analytics systems are synced to the accounts we issue, allowing real-time monitoring of rules and performance. Track everything in the trader dashboard — monitoring your own drawdown, daily loss and breach thresholds is your responsibility.
Pricing and commissions
Evaluation and funded accounts receive standard retail market pricing and commissions, identical to comparable self-funded retail accounts. Charges on your statement appear as Dashboardanalytix.com.
Leverage
Forex and metals up to 50:1 · Indices up to 10:1 · Oil up to 5:1 · Cryptocurrencies up to 2:1.
Automated strategies
EAs, bots and algorithms are allowed, provided they use genuine market execution, do not exploit latency, errors or system behaviour, and comply with all risk and conduct rules. A prohibited automated strategy may result in account termination.
Taxes
On a funded account you act as an independent contractor and are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes. FundedCore does not withhold taxes. We strongly recommend consulting a tax professional in your jurisdiction.
02Risk limits & breaches
Daily loss limit
The daily loss limit resets at 5:00 PM EST. It is calculated on the higher of the prior day’s closing balance (realised P&L only) or closing equity (balance plus open P&L).
Worked example$100,000 account, 5% limit: at reset your balance is $100,000 but profitable open positions push equity to $102,000. The limit is 5% × $102,000 = $5,100, so a breach occurs if intraday equity drops to $96,900. With no open positions, or open positions in a loss, the breach level is $95,000.Maximum drawdown (static)
On PRO and PRO 2.0, the maximum drawdown is a fixed percentage of your starting balance. It never trails your profits, so growing the account never moves your stop-out level against you. Breaching it is a hard breach.
Hard breach vs soft breach
Soft breach: the offending trades are closed, and you continue trading your evaluation or funded account.
Hard breach: you violated the daily loss limit, the maximum drawdown or the inactivity rule. The evaluation is failed, or the funded account is withdrawn.
Inactivity
If no trading activity occurs for 30 consecutive days, the account is breached.
Position limits
Position size is generally determined by margin. FundedCore reserves the right to increase margin requirements, limit order size, restrict open positions or refuse orders due to market conditions.
Lot definitions
Forex: 1 lot = $100,000 notional · Indices: 1 contract (SPX500 = 10 contracts, JPN225 = 500 contracts) · Crypto: 1 coin · Gold: 100 oz · Silver: 5,000 oz · Oil: 100 barrels.
03Prohibited practices
What is prohibited
Exploiting pricing errors or latency · using non-public or insider information · front-running · third-party strategies sold to "pass challenges" · using one strategy to pass and another on funded accounts · arbitrage between FundedCore accounts or third parties · trading in restricted news windows · gambling behaviour such as maximum-leverage all-in positions.
News events
Opening a position within 3 minutes before or after a news event is prohibited. If price touches your stop loss or take profit during a news event, that also counts as an infraction — and you cannot move your SL/TP during the window. What qualifies as a news event is determined solely by FundedCore.
Copy trading
Copy trading is allowed only between accounts owned by the same trader. Group trading, signal services and shared strategies are not allowed.
Consequences
If prohibited trading is detected, participation may be terminated, fees may be forfeited, and funded accounts may be denied or revoked.
04Platforms & products
Platforms
cTrader (desktop, web and mobile — advanced charting), Match-Trader (web and mobile app) and DXtrade (web-based, no download).

Trading hours
Set per instrument on your trading platform. DXtrade: right-click a symbol → Instrument Info. Match-Trader: expand the symbol → Info. cTrader: symbol window → Market Hours.
Weekend holding
Holding positions over the weekend is allowed on all accounts.
05Funded accounts & payouts
Rules on funded accounts
Identical to the evaluation, with one difference: there is no profit target.
Getting funded
After passing, you complete KYC verification and the trader agreement. Your funded account is issued within 24–48 business hours. The account is notionally funded — trading conditions are real and identical on every account size.
Withdrawals
Request a withdrawal every 14 days from the trader dashboard. On approval, the company share is withdrawn alongside yours and the trailing drawdown locks at the initial balance.
Examplethe account grows from $100,000 to $120,000 and you withdraw $16,000 — you receive $12,000, FundedCore retains $4,000, and the drawdown locks at $100,000.Account limits
One evaluation per account size and plan type at a time. Maximum $1M in active evaluations and $1M in active funded accounts. Accounts can be combined or run consecutively, and there is no limit to growth by compounding.
Execution
FundedCore has no control over prices or trade execution. For certain transactions we may act as a direct counterparty to manage risk, using independent third-party pricing — profits and losses are calculated identically either way.
06Instant Funding Lite
Consistency rule (25%)
Your highest single-day profit must not exceed 25% of your total profit.
Exampletotal profit $2,000 → 25% = $500 maximum from any single day.Profit buffer (3%)
The first 3% of starting balance is a locked buffer that cannot be withdrawn and protects the account. On a $100,000 account, the first $3,000 is locked; profits above it are withdrawable.
Withdrawals on Lite
Available after 14 days, once the 3% buffer is reached and the 25% consistency rule is met.
Lite risk limits
Daily loss: 3% — hard breach. Maximum drawdown: 5%, trailing until it reaches the starting balance, then it locks.
