Terms of use in a fully simulated environment

• “Platform” refers to our website, applications, software, and any digital systems we use to provide our services.
• “User” / “You” / “Participant” is any natural person who registers, participates or uses the services of FundedCore.
• “Services” encompass assessment (challenge), funded accounts, support, tools, education, and other products offered.
• “Contract” or “Terms” means these Terms and Conditions, together with any ancillary policies (privacy policy, trading rules, funded account regulations, etc.).
• “User account” is the space linked to you on our platform, with access credentials.
• “Evaluation” or “Challenge” is the process you must go through (meeting trading rules) to qualify for a funded account.
• “Funded account” is the account provided by FundedCore after you pass the assessment, under the conditions set out here.

These Terms apply to the User's use of the Platform and Services.

• You must be of legal age according to the jurisdiction where you reside (minimum 18 years old).
• Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information during registration.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your country of residence, including regulations on currency exchange, taxation, e-commerce, etc.
• Do not use the services for illegal purposes or in violation of the rights of third parties.

• All fees you pay (for access to assessment or other services) are final and non-refundable, unless expressly provided otherwise by law.
• Payment is considered made when it is effectively received in the designated account (after bank confirmations, gateways, etc.).
• We reserve the right to refuse a purchase, cancel orders, or suspend access if we identify suspicious or fraudulent activity.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• Any activity performed through your account will be considered to have been performed by you.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.
• You cannot share, sell, or transfer your account to third parties.

• We may require you to submit documents (identification, proof of address, etc.) to verify your identity (KYC).
• We can also do regular check-ups, even after you're active.
• If you fail to comply with verification requests, we may suspend or cancel your access and withhold outstanding payments.

By participating in a challenge or using a funded account, you agree to comply with our specific trading rules (published in a separate document or regulatory section). Some common rules include:

• Maximum loss limit (drawdown).
• Daily loss limit.
• Minimum profit target to pass the evaluation.
• Minimum number of trading days.
• Prohibition of certain practices (e.g., hedging, excessive arbitrage, use of news, etc.).
• Fair order execution; control of "slippage", unfair bounces, etc.
• Correct interpretation of results (realistic simulation, without manipulation).

If they violate the trading rules, the evaluation may be considered a failure or the funded account may be revoked.

• FundedCore does not provide investment advice. Any educational or informational content should not be interpreted as financial advice.
• We do not guarantee results or profits. Participation involves inherent market risks.
• We are not responsible for indirect losses, damages or injuries arising from the use of the platform or services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
• We reserve the right to modify, temporarily or permanently discontinue any service, and to impose limits, suspensions, or terminations for non-compliance.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FundedCore, its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, expenses, or liabilities (including legal fees) arising out of your use of, violation of, these Terms or any applicable law, or your conduct.

• We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you are in breach of these Terms, without prior notice in serious cases.
• You can unsubscribe by giving advance notice, except for outstanding obligations.
• Obligations and responsibilities accrued up to the date of termination will remain in effect (e.g., indemnities, outstanding payments, confidentiality, etc.).

If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted in a limited manner or eliminated, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements.
• For any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from them, we will be governed by the laws of [country/jurisdiction you decide for FundedCore] (for example, “the laws of the Republic of Panama” or “the laws of State X”).
• The parties may agree to arbitration or other alternative mechanisms (we can include this if you wish).
• If you choose court, it will be in the agreed city/jurisdiction (e.g., "Panama City, Panama").

• We may review or modify these Terms at any time.
• The modifications will be published on the platform and/or notified with reasonable advance notice.
• Your continued use after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

• All communication between you and FundedCore (emails, messages, support, documents, etc.) is confidential.
• You may not publicly disclose any part of that communication without prior written consent, except as required by law.
• This obligation persists even after the termination of the service.
